All-round Team Member 20 hours
Do you enjoy being on your feet and giving guests a great experience? We're looking for an enthusiastic all-round team member for 20 hours a week. You'll work a mix of weekdays and weekends, and no two working days are the same!
What you will do
- Welcoming and helping guests
- Hosting activities and groups
- Bar and catering work
- Processing bookings and payments
- Opening and closing the venue
- Keeping the working environment tidy and safe
- Keeping an overview during shifts and guiding colleagues
What we ask
- You're welcoming, sociable and responsible
- You can work independently and take initiative
- You keep an overview when things get busy
- You communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
- You're flexibly available on weekdays and at weekends
- Experience in hospitality or leisure is preferred
- First aid or a licensing/hygiene certificate is a plus

No two working days are the same at Room Experience. One moment you're welcoming a kids' party, then you're hosting an activity, and a little later you're helping out behind the bar or processing a booking. You're actively present on the floor and make sure guests feel welcome.
In this role you're given real responsibility. You can run a shift independently, keep an overview and guide colleagues when needed. You see what needs doing and pick up tasks on your own initiative. You also check that activities are properly prepared, rooms are tidy and everything is ready for the next group.
