These are the parties we host most often, for groups from Geldrop, Eindhoven and the rest of the region. Don't see yours? Just tell us, there's plenty we can do.

Birthday

A milestone birthday, an eighteenth, or simply a good excuse to get everyone together. The room is all yours, with the music and disco lighting on. Fancy doing something first? Start with an activity and move on to the bar afterwards.

Anniversary

Celebrate a company milestone, or put a colleague marking a work anniversary in the spotlight. There's room for a speech or a toast, followed by a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We'll sort out the nibbles and a drinks package too.

Staff party or company party

First do something together, like laser tag, an escape room or Pixel Play, and then carry on at the bar. It's all in the same building, so you don't have to send anyone off to another venue.

Company drinks

An informal evening with colleagues, clients or business contacts, without you having to organise a thing. We take care of the room, the service and the drinks; all you have to tell us is what time and how many of you there are.

Family party or reunion

Young and old together: somewhere to sit and catch up, and plenty to do for those who can't sit still. Ideal for grandma or grandad's birthday, a communion or a reunion with your old classmates.

Hen or stag party

An active start with an activity of your choice, followed by a proper afterparty in the same room. Add a DJ and the evening keeps going all by itself.

How it works

Room hire and drinks package

You always hire the room in combination with a drinks package. That means we agree in advance what will be served and for what amount. So you know exactly where you stand beforehand, and nobody has to wave a bank card around during the party.

What you pay depends on the day, the size of your group, how long you stay and what extras you'd like. That's why we work with a tailor-made quote rather than a fixed price list.

Room Experience is based in Geldrop, about fifteen minutes' drive from Eindhoven and Helmond. If you're looking for a party venue in the Eindhoven region, you can celebrate here just outside the city, with everything under one roof: the room, the bar and activities such as laser tag, escape rooms, Pixel Play and the arcade hall.

That way nobody has to head off to another venue after the activity. First play together, then carry on in the party room.

Where is the party room?+

In Geldrop, at Room Experience on Bogardeind. From Eindhoven and Helmond you'll be here in about fifteen minutes by car.

Can I hire the room without a drinks package?+

No, room hire always goes together with a drinks package. Your quote will show exactly what that means for your group.

Can you arrange a DJ?+

Yes, a DJ is possible. Just tick the box in your enquiry and we'll include it in the proposal. Prefer your own music? You can play it through our system.

How many people does the room hold?+

Up to around 100 people. Smaller groups are very welcome too. Let us know roughly how many of you are coming in your enquiry.

Can we combine activities with the party?+

Absolutely. Laser tag, escape rooms, Pixel Play and our other activities are all in the same building. Many groups do an activity first and then carry on in the party room.

Can we arrange food with the party?+

Yes. Think nibbles, bar snacks, mini snacks or a BBQ. Let us know what you're after in your enquiry and we'll include it in the proposal.

Is the room suitable for a staff party or company party?+

Absolutely. Plenty of companies from Geldrop, Eindhoven and the surrounding area combine an activity such as laser tag or an escape room with drinks or a party evening in the room. It all happens in the same building.

How much does it cost to hire the party room?+
